About the project
Driven by a growing community that demands higher standards than typically found in the Larnaca district, this project aims to create a modern villa community that meets the expectations of future residents for comfortable, premium residences and fulfills their dream of 'a happy life on a sunny island by the sea'. Simultaneously, the project seeks to set a precedent for future developments of this kind in Cyprus.
The gated villa community is envisaged as a self-sufficient environment equipped with amenities necessary for luxurious, comfortable living. Inspired by vernacular architecture yet designed with a modern touch, the project prioritizes lush green spaces using local species, maximizes privacy while embracing scenic views, and provides areas for social gatherings and relaxation, aiming to cater to every resident's need.
The lead designer was selected through a tendering process involving international studios renowned for expertise in residential design and master planning. The design team is distributed and draws upon experience in local conditions and best practices worldwide.

This entails scrutinizing design proposals, assessing the availability and cost of materials and furnishings, and ensuring that the design team strikes a balance between creating an iconic design and exercising control over terms and expenses.
